this week has been sufficiently depressing..and to top it up like a cherry on a sundae ice-cream, i failed my trial driving test today..consolation prize is that it aint the real driving test...just the last module. but the instructor gave some leeway and allowed me to pass cos he failed me, i will not be allowed to book my driving test. so he said go book the driving test and come back for more revision lessons. ugh...everything is just so wrong. tml is the first revision lesson i have...will ask the instructor to go through module 30 again one more time...i hope i pass...anw, received a very encouraging msg from my uni friend so am gonna stop feeling pathetic and conquer it. YEA! i will pass.

december is finally within smelling distance. am particularly excited to walk along the streets of orchard all the way to dhouby ghaut again with the beautiful christmas decorations this time around. heard from power 98 that this year's theme is "A Sweet Christmas in Singapore"..sounds pretty appealing somehow though i aint a particularly big fan of sweets..hahha. anw, there is a story behind this theme..as in, the word Sweet is not because of those candies but its rather the first name of a family who lives in Christmas Town called the Sweet family ya? hahaha. and the Sweet family owns a Sweet Shoppe. so i guess they decided to migrate to singapore for a year.

thanks for hearing me cry...and blow my nose...lol

have finally decided to go for a run today (after a very very very loooonnggg time) regardless of whether i have things to do or not. figured if i dun go running more often, one of the itineraries i have to do is shopping - for larger size clothings, that is - which is worse 'cos its not only time-consuming, its also money consuming and well...space consuming. too much consumption....

As such, i will leave the hse promptly at 5:30pm. no procrastinating.

i finally thought of an answer for wan ching's personal msg le. it came kinda impromptu but i think its quite accurate. Her qn on her personal msg was: What's black and white?

My ans was : White is my face when i realise the amount of work i have to study for my PBF test. Black is my face when i am studying for it. So black and white will be my face when i am studying for my PBF - and at the same time, realising the amount of work i have to study for it.

oh wells. still going ahead with the jogging plan.

Random thoughts
my PBF lecturer finally cracked a successful joke in on thursday. the class finally went "WAHAHAHAHAHH!!!!" instead of the usual "eh..heh heh..haha". Doubt it will be funny when i try to pen it down...its one of those jokes that you gotta be there to experience the funny-ness

daddy says we may be gg m'sia this year after all. yippee...i haven't travelled for so so so so sooooo loooonnnng that i will be excited even if he said JB.

celebrated lynette's 19th birthday at HRC.... random photos for some random thoughts.
upload more pics if i have the time ba...lol

for those who took the time to scan through personal msgs on MSN, you'd prob realised that i have found yet another interesting quote for my boring life to get obsessed over - "when life gives you lehmans, make lemonade." when i first saw that on Strait Times on monday, i literally burst out laughing. i forgot which company it was who was flexible enough to adopt this financial crisis to its advantage but it sure is interesting...well, at least for me..and my mundane life.

right...was watching Mean Girls just now. i must say Lindsay Lohan actually looks so much nicer when she was just plain and simple at the beginning of the show. hahah. kinda like that look. oh wells, it took a lot of effort to make her look plain and simple...yet nice and glam. so yea..dont try it at home. ahahhaa...just jk.

anw, she said something that i tot i add on to my pile of quotes for the week...maybe it will help me get by stuff a lot faster.

"Calling you stupid does not make me any smarter; Calling you ugly does not make me any prettier - so we should all just stop doing that and focus on just solving the problem in front of us. Right Now."
i think it was kinda imperceptible that i can learn such stuff from chic flicks. ahaha. i tot chic flicks are solely for fun. okay. am gonna watch HSM3 on wednesday with my IJ gang....am so pumped up for it! hahah. its the only common topic i have with my tuition students now. LOL. (and NO! its not because i am old...its because they are too young. get it? lol..whatever)
before my eyes permanently close shop for the night, i better get down to doing a little more work.
~toodles~
