this week has been sufficiently depressing..and to top it up like a cherry on a sundae ice-cream, i failed my trial driving test today..consolation prize is that it aint the real driving test...just the last module. but the instructor gave some leeway and allowed me to pass cos he failed me, i will not be allowed to book my driving test. so he said go book the driving test and come back for more revision lessons. ugh...everything is just so wrong. tml is the first revision lesson i have...will ask the instructor to go through module 30 again one more time...i hope i pass...anw, received a very encouraging msg from my uni friend so am gonna stop feeling pathetic and conquer it. YEA! i will pass.

december is finally within smelling distance. am particularly excited to walk along the streets of orchard all the way to dhouby ghaut again with the beautiful christmas decorations this time around. heard from power 98 that this year's theme is "A Sweet Christmas in Singapore"..sounds pretty appealing somehow though i aint a particularly big fan of sweets..hahha. anw, there is a story behind this theme..as in, the word Sweet is not because of those candies but its rather the first name of a family who lives in Christmas Town called the Sweet family ya? hahaha. and the Sweet family owns a Sweet Shoppe. so i guess they decided to migrate to singapore for a year.

thanks for hearing me cry...and blow my nose...lol

have finally decided to go for a run today (after a very very very loooonnggg time) regardless of whether i have things to do or not. figured if i dun go running more often, one of the itineraries i have to do is shopping - for larger size clothings, that is - which is worse 'cos its not only time-consuming, its also money consuming and well...space consuming. too much consumption....

As such, i will leave the hse promptly at 5:30pm. no procrastinating.

i finally thought of an answer for wan ching's personal msg le. it came kinda impromptu but i think its quite accurate. Her qn on her personal msg was: What's black and white?

My ans was : White is my face when i realise the amount of work i have to study for my PBF test. Black is my face when i am studying for it. So black and white will be my face when i am studying for my PBF - and at the same time, realising the amount of work i have to study for it.

oh wells. still going ahead with the jogging plan.

Random thoughts
my PBF lecturer finally cracked a successful joke in on thursday. the class finally went "WAHAHAHAHAHH!!!!" instead of the usual "eh..heh heh..haha". Doubt it will be funny when i try to pen it down...its one of those jokes that you gotta be there to experience the funny-ness

daddy says we may be gg m'sia this year after all. yippee...i haven't travelled for so so so so sooooo loooonnnng that i will be excited even if he said JB.

celebrated lynette's 19th birthday at HRC.... random photos for some random thoughts.
upload more pics if i have the time ba...lol

for those who took the time to scan through personal msgs on MSN, you'd prob realised that i have found yet another interesting quote for my boring life to get obsessed over - "when life gives you lehmans, make lemonade." when i first saw that on Strait Times on monday, i literally burst out laughing. i forgot which company it was who was flexible enough to adopt this financial crisis to its advantage but it sure is interesting...well, at least for me..and my mundane life.

right...was watching Mean Girls just now. i must say Lindsay Lohan actually looks so much nicer when she was just plain and simple at the beginning of the show. hahah. kinda like that look. oh wells, it took a lot of effort to make her look plain and simple...yet nice and glam. so yea..dont try it at home. ahahhaa...just jk.

anw, she said something that i tot i add on to my pile of quotes for the week...maybe it will help me get by stuff a lot faster.

"Calling you stupid does not make me any smarter; Calling you ugly does not make me any prettier - so we should all just stop doing that and focus on just solving the problem in front of us. Right Now."
i think it was kinda imperceptible that i can learn such stuff from chic flicks. ahaha. i tot chic flicks are solely for fun. okay. am gonna watch HSM3 on wednesday with my IJ gang....am so pumped up for it! hahah. its the only common topic i have with my tuition students now. LOL. (and NO! its not because i am old...its because they are too young. get it? lol..whatever)
before my eyes permanently close shop for the night, i better get down to doing a little more work.
~toodles~

Went to school today after getting shortlisted to do some IDA project. had to do a case study on the spot regarding some SME company. i didnt really make much preparations for it except for printing out some article the night before and reading it on the bus. i hope my write up is sufficient to see me through this second shortlisting round. the numbers seem to be dwindling. ugh.....

During driving lesson....
i learnt how to do directional change today. its really difficult. i never mount kerb so many times in my life before and when i did it, i saw instructors in other cars sniggering. mean porkos.

Didnt have a good night sleep last night due to the horrid cockroach incident. my maid caught it today while i was away from home. it was under my fan, she said. Thank goodness i didnt see it. it was the most horrid creature i ever laid eyes on. i never seen such a big cockroach in my life, with length abt 7 cm, long feelers and very long hairy legs. yulks! dozed off the minute i came home from driving. i guess i wun be sleeping so early tonight either looking at the piles that have accumulated miraculously and magically.

i wonder how is my friend doing there? hmmm....
If I told you how I feel about you
Would you say the same and
If I wrote it in a letter
Would you keep it or throw it away

I never thought I'd feel the way I'm feeling lately
When everything you seem to do just drives me crazy

Every waking day you take my breath away
With every word you say you take my breath away
You look at me that way, baby come what may
I hope that you'll always know how to take my breath away

Happy Deepavali!

Hahaa...Don't really have any close friends to wish this yr for Deepavali. :(
anw, Toa Payoh is unusually quiet today when i went for lunch at a coffeshop with my daddy. I suppose companies had an off day today due to the festival so no one to challenge with for seats. heh heh.
Didnt feel like challenging with the rest of Singapore for space to walk in malls so here i am, at home, enjoying a peaceful afternoon with a cup of coffee...2 cups actually. anw, i think i made the right choice since the clouds are looking pretty glum out there.
Singapore is once again embarking on one of its more ambitious plans now - to approve of euthanasia. Doctors against the approval of euthanasia argue that unfilial children will use it to persuade their parents to choose that option, for whatever disgusting reasons they may have, the most shallow, of course, to save cost. *rolls eyes* how utilitarian. but what makes you think they will not do it w/o the approval of euthanasia? i mean, the means of "getting rid" of them will be different, but the ultimate aim is achieved. in fact, "getting rid" using euthanasia may be more humane than putting those elderly through long term torture or abuse. Of course, do not think that i am saying it is right to get rid of humans so long as the method is deemed humane. My two cents worth is instead of questioning whether we should approve euthanasia or not, target the shallow attitudes of the Unfilial, which i know, will be a mammoth task.
On top of that, arguments include the elderly and the sick may opt for this option as the convenient alternative so as not to be a burden on their family. I'm not really sure how to tackle this problem. It's true afterall that if you have a glimpse of hope to recover, you really shudnt be choosing that route to end your life. euthanasia is suppose to assist us in passing on smoothly, not degrade us to being cowards. I think it will largely depends on the bond enfostered within the family from young; if values encompassing ideas that families will stick with you through thick and thin, and challenge life to the fullest, have been imparted to you, rarely people will opt for that option without delibration, unless the route to recovery is very unbearable. Please dont argue that despite being unbearable, patients still have to endure, 'cos its really hogwash. Some are really unbearable. I've seen my grandma gone through it, and her threshold for pain commands respect. If you insist i am being subjective, well, i aint a professional journalist. This is just my view. A view of a normal university student. :/
Of course, then the view on the other side of the coin is that: if you are called a coward for ending life, you aint one for escaping pain? Philosphers will probably state that emotions are part and parcel of life. Emotions will make up some entity of every human being and the amount of particular emotions will lead us to our unique self. And pain is definitely under the category of emotions. But alas, I am no philosopher and while i dont think it is right to give up life when you have a glimpse of hope, i think you do have a right to choose if the amount of pain you are going through is justified for the percentage of hope given to you to survive, based on the assumption that you are a rationale being. Of course i understand the near-impossibility of every being to be rationale at such a stage hence the roles of families, doctors and counsellors would step up. So what am i?
Call me a semi-coward.

didnt do much stuff today..as usual. sunday is officially the slacking day for me cos the rest of the days are used to dash arnd everywhere and anywhere as dictated by my little brown book...which is not oh-so-little in my life afterall.

on saturday, i was officially pronounced a zombie by 9pm by my dad and went off to bed at least 6 hrs earlier than the past few days i have been sleeping.

woke up arnd 11 hrs later and started packing my room...never seem to be able to pack finish the room..i dunno why. my room is way smaller (i strongly believe) than most of my friends and yet, mine appears to be harder to upkeep. maybe i am not trying hard enough. yea..and i tot of having a bigger room next time. better not.

what am i doing so late, this time in the night?...yes i wonder that myself too.

so while i am waiting to upload the document to be sent to my seniors...i will blog. am dead tired. spent more than 3 hrs trying to sketch out and figure the architecture of SIM and draw it on paper and no, vanessa is not intending to study architecture. *bitter laugh* haha...and its the third sketch i have drawn for the event cos the management keep on changing my venue...*silent bitter laugh* i think if i ever show the detailed drawings of what i have drawn of SIM, they'd probably think i am going to plan some riot or attack on the school. aye aye.

anw, for those who have no clue what was that i was gibberishing abt, Arts Fest '08 is coming! and SIM is celebrating it for the first time. Being in FPA (film and performing arts), i landed with the role of the finale event, which invites acoustic and jazz singers to our school for performances from 6pm - 10pm. yeps and you dun have to pay to listen or enter and watch. ITS FREE...plus we have invited food vendors to sell their food...rather nice food like Food For Thought (the outlet opposite Bugis Library) and A WINE APPRECIATION segment by Winebos. i have approached basically anyone and everyone of my friends to come and support eons ago le. haha..yes kan choing me. at least i wun feel bad for asking them a tad too late, if they say they cant make it. it means its fated. anw, i am sure my close friends will come. pretty sure. no no..very sure. yeap. must be confident. haha. :/

for those who are interested, it will be in SIM, 6pm-10pm. tried to upload the flyers but the colours turned out queer and ugh...yep haha. so please support if you all got time k? thanks a lot in advance!

just came back from the army half marathon a.k.a. AHM. feeling super nua now. haha..didnt know running makes you nauseous cos my head and stomach dun really feel too good. ugh..
but nonetheless, it was still a good trip and a great run with carine and grace. =) had fun talking while running. and YES! it feels good walking in the middle lane of PIE without getting smashed over by vehicles...the road is MINE! wahaha...i am such a road tyrant.

saw my cousin there with his mummy. haha. he finished in 35mins...only because he had cramps so if he had warmed up properly, he will finish in less than 30 mins? aiyo...sians...he runs 21km in 2hr 15mins and he asked me if i am joining the standard chartered 42km run...i fainted at the sound of his qn so i didnt answer him.

Carine, Grace and I DID NOT finish LAST! hahahaha...thats the main point of this entry. ahahaah...so whatever tee shirt that lincoln was talking abt - wearing a tee shirt that says "i may be slow. But you are slower." - haha i can proclaim we three girls are FIT wear it. yays.

gg to chiong thru my Arts Fest project again...although i think i gave my stamina all to the AHM just now le...feel like taking a break from this whole event. yea i know its irresponsible. dun reprimand me =(

I am. really shagged. *yawns*

I am going for Avril Lavigne - THE BEST DAMN TOUR concert! WAHHOOOOO!!!! yeaps you heard me right! I. AM. GOING. TO. AVRIL. LAVIGNE'S. BEST. DAMN. TOUR. CONCERT! HAHAHA.

managed to save sufficient to spare $135/- to watch her at the indoor stadium on 7th Sept '08. haiz. wanted to get the $165 tickets but its already very heart-aching to spend $135 le. so $135 tops. haha so happy! ooo..did i mention who is going with me?? GRACE! haha. she is gonna go jump arnd with me that day. haha. we will go wild that day, yea? haha. crazier than the times we jumped arnd during girl guides campfires. haha. ooo...must remind me to bring my camera..they actually allow cameras w/o flash! but i think the pictures will be quite blur...hmmm...

no wonder people says if you have the passion for something, its the best motivation of all. Amidst of all the commotions of having to run Arts Fest '08, tutor students, study and..well mainly study, i managed to squeeze time to go for the concert! haha. i just have to la. lol. finally, i have something to look forward to apart from the finale of Arts Fest. haha. which is my event la. haha. hope it will be successful. yeps.

Got shortlisted as one of the ambassadors for SIM Open House. Guess i will have to postpone my tuition again 'cos the training is on a tuesday, lasting till 5:30pm. dun really know if i shud pass up my chance for the tuition..cos i really dun wanna touch the tuition timing...again.

Sunday, August 17, 2008

GOOO Tao Li!!! yays!!!! she came in 5th!!! whee!! haha. i am so happy for her. was actually telling myself that if she came in the last, it wudnt really matter cos she will still be 8th in the entire world *beams* ahahaha..call me optimistic but it is true. you go girl!

i suppose like me, there are billions of people who have caught the Olympics fever and are keeping their eyes glued to the tv for the next match or sport event. Just saw Micheal Phelps received his 8th gold medal, and along with it, a special gold medal in a blue box to commend him on his overwhelming acheivements. well, he surely havent been a letdown, unlike Tyson Gay. sigh.

call me unpatriotic, BUT i am gonna cheer for my FAVOURITE badminton player from M'sia: LEE C W. No prizes for guessing who i was rooting for when Susilo went against Lee. and no prizes for guessing who i will be rooting tonight as well when C W faces up against Lin Dan for the gold medal match. He rawks la! ooo so excited for him. but the opponent is actuall world number one in badminton so...JIA YOU!!! will be proud of him regardless. heh heh. yes i am an ardent supporter. haha i was so glad i could catch his match against indonesia the other day at my uni, during my lunch break at the canteen. haha. Angie was cheering for Phelps and I was cheering for C W and our other friend just ate her food, oblivious to the high commotion around her. haha.

alright. just a quick update to keep my blog alive. haha. going for tuition now. ugh.

I WANNA GO FOR AVIRL LAVIGNE CONCERT!
i bet i wun find anyone to go with me as usual. sigh.

bye bye.

PS: oh yes yes kai ling...lets meet up. i will try to think of some itinerary to do. haha.

Today I made…mistakes. And the mistakes only get better, especially the last one.
Am very depressed.

Starters

My handphone battery went … FLAT.
Elaboration: I missed 3 phone calls and got bombed by 7 messages when I turned on my phone. And none are good news.

Appetizers

I forgot to attend Clarisse’s tuition.
Elaboration: And the worst part of it all was that, this lesson was a postponed lesson from another date…REQUESTED BY ME! As every good friend of mine knows, I always have a schedule book with me to keep track of all the never-ending meetings, tuition lessons, gatherings, to-do list and lectures I have. So why did I forget? Because Vanessa forgot to write it down. Why did she forget to write it down? She was crossing the road when negotiating for the postponed lesson with the mother. She did write it down, but on a separate piece of paper, which she had come to forget to transfer to her schedule book.

Soups

I changed Clarisse’s tuition back to the original timing.
Elaboration: In my anxiety to make it up to the mother, I overlapped onto another tuition, tuition A, that have caused me to change Clarisse’s tuition in the first place. I mean DUH! What was I thinking? Of course I had something on that day. That’s why I made the following arrangements to postpone IT! So I had to call and change tuition A to ANOTHER day. Currently, that tuition will be fixed on Monday, 11th Aug, while Clarisse’s tuition will be on Tuesday.

Salad Course

I realized that I have Film & Performing Arts meeting on Monday, 11th Aug..same day as tuition A. OMG.
Elaboration: At this point, I seriously couldn’t care about the meeting already. Especially when I can’t postpone the meeting. Maybe I will rush to SIM to attend it after my tuition ba. Sigh. I seriously do not want to take a cab there at 7pm with the ERP and peak hour surcharges. Yuck. Maybe I will ask my senior if my small puny presence is even required.

Main Course

I have to change tuition A again next week because it will be Clarisse’s Chinese Exam the next day.
Elaboration: I forgot all about tuition A and agreed to Clarisse’s mum that I can come on Tuesday. I am such a klutz. It was a little difficult to remember tuition A at that time of promising Clarisse’s mom ‘cos I haven even start that tuition A yet. It was something like a pending issue thingy. Well, the main reason was due to the usual reason (excuse, laziness, forgetfulness, whatever you wanna call it) that I didn’t write that tuition A down on my diary. Ugh. Actually, I had planned to postpone this tuition already. But now that I have postponed it once, it seems really bad that I want to postpone it twice in a row. The thankful nature of this all is that that tuition is very flexible, as in I can arrange it on any day..so long as I come. But I just don’t like the bad habit of changing.

Desserts

I took bus 59 with my mum at Toa Payoh Central.
Elaboration: Our destination was bound home..which is Toa Payoh Lorong 2. We ended up in Eunos and had to take a cab back, costing my mum $7.70. Guess who was the idiot who said 59 passes by my bus stop?? I give you a hint: It can’t be my mum. She is a smart lady.

Ugh.

So if you think your day was bad, think again.
Just when I think the day is about to end, life drops me a couple more desserts to sweeten my day to the finest extent and the end is always the greatest, the best – to get suaned by my mother.

People say it takes 10 lies to cover 1 lie.

Vanessa says: IT TAKES 1 MISTAKE TO CAUSE 5 BIG FAT MISTAKES!

Vanessa is feeling depressed.

Go away.

Shoo! Shooo….oh not you, yea you. I meant my depression. Dun be mistaken or that will be the 11th mistake of the day.
.
.
.
What? Why did I say 11th mistake when I only mentioned 6th? Oh you are so cute..i didn’t type out the rest.
.
.
.
What?? Oh yea. Sure, no prob. You are very welcome.
I am glad I brightened your day.

Grr.

*wails*

Woots! Everyone, please try to watch 籃球火 if you have the time kaes? Haha. It’s a very nice show..though I feel dumb saying so since I have only watched one episode. Haha. Okay la..the first episode left me cracking up quite a few times during the show and made busy days more bearable as well.

Hmmm, in case you haven already heard from me nagging you to watch or anyone else promoting to you this show, it’s supposedly one of the hottest show airing in Taiwan, M’sia, Taipei, etc now. But this news may be a bit bias ‘cos I heard it from 娛樂百分百 and as you all know, the host, 羅志祥 is acting in it. Haha. So he probably won’t go putting his own show down ba..judging from his character. Ahaha. Hmmm, apart from the above mentioned actor, two other main actors include 言承旭 and 吴尊. The show seems to be circulating between these 3 boys and their basketball fanaticism ba so the main actresses oso appear to be like just co-stars to me in the show.

i think this show is quite different from the rest of those taiwanese dramas that i feel has the same plot - simply different actors. at least this drama got some action of some kind and not so much into the lovey dovey theme that i have come to watch and know too well. scarily, this good impression once chanced upon me when i was chasing Hana-Kimi, starring 吴尊 and Ella. ermz..hopefully the show will not have that much of a dissapointment for an ending. heez.

hmmm, end of the day, what i am trying to say is, give this drama a shot. You may like it. hahaha.

the below clip is the first episode. haha. unless you are afraid of getting hooked to the show, no harm watching the clip for a few minutes rite? heez.

toodles!

its a little small but can click full screen.
alt, go to youtube, crunchyroll or tudou to watch =) hee.

I always love to listen to this song...dont really know why it appealed to me so much. but i hope this song will also take a positive side to all of you who happened to listen to it.
coincidentally, this is the new background music for my blog. hmmm...ENJOY!

.
.
.

MMMMMMMMMM

Ever since I was a baby girl I had a dream
Cinderella theme
Crazy as it seems
Always knew that deep inside that there would come that day
But I would have to wait
Make so many mistakes
I couldn't comprehend
As I watched it unfold
This classic story told I left it in the cold
Walking through an open door that led me back to you
Each one unlocking more of the truth

I finally stopped tripping on my youth
I finally got lost inside of you
I finally know that I needed to grow
And finally my mate has met my soul

[chorus]
Finally
Now my destiny can begin
Though we will have our differences
Something strange and new is happening
Finally
Now my life doesn't seem so bad
It's the best that I've ever had
Give my love to him finally

MMMMMMMM

I remember the beginning you already knew
I acted like a fool
Just trying to be cool
Fronting like it didn't matter
I just ran away
And on another phase
Was lost in my own space
Found what its like to hurt selfishly
Scared to give of me
Afraid to just believe
I was in a jealous, insecure, pathetic place
Stumbled through the mess that I have made

Finally got out of my own way
I've Finally started living for today
I finally know that I needed to grow
And finally my mate has met my soul

[chorus]
Finally
Now my destiny can begin
Though we will have a different set
Something strange and new is happening
Finally
Now my life doesn't seem so bad
It's the best that I've ever had
Gave my love to him Finally

MMMMMMMM

Finally, Finally

Finally
Now my destiny can begin
Though we will have our differences
Something beautiful is happening, happening
Finally
Now my life doesn't seem so bad
It's the best that I've ever had
Give my love to him finally

Ohhhhhhh, Finally, Finally, finally

School is starting soon, much to everyone's misery. everyone is counting down to the days their courses begins and mine will officially start for myself this 7th aug. to be more precise, i have lecture on 3rd aug on POA. apparently, its a make-up lesson (sort of!) since i will be missing lecture on 9th aug. no prizes for guessing why.

For those of you who bothered to check which day is 3rd aug, yes. dun be shock. you didnt see wrongly.
IT'S A SUNDAY! *glum face*

something gave me that warm fuzzy feeling of love today:)
i think i haven felt that feeling for quite a long time.
selfishly, i dont ever want it to be taken away from me. =)

There are so many things to be done this week. Thank god i bought a diary to keep track or my puny brain will lose at least half of the appointments.
No surprise to anyone who knows me, i have joined the Film and Performing Arts CCA [FPA] in my university. haven really grounded though so just feeling my way around stuff and manouever aboout, hoping not to step on any toes.
The first event that is coming up is Arts Festival 2008 and i have been made IC for the finale event. apparently, FPA will be inviting acoustic singers and bands to close the event for the festival and i am suppose to decorate, plan and organise the event....ALONE! i feel like i just got myself stuck in a pile of...yea..you get the picture. shall try my very best to do it...if it is a failure, my name will go into the draw for "loser of the year" i suppose. okay. vanessa, you are not making matters any better for yourself.
i am going to flip through my phonebook and see if i have any friends in event planning. hahaha..do you think i shud i ask samuel since he is in Project and Facilities Management? haha nah. he probably kill me before i open the MSN window.

i have a random urge to write down my events for this week cos i realise that thursday is actually blank! that means i am FREE! yays. so dun bother reading if you do not wish to know what is happening to me this week. haha. *everyone closes window* haha

Okay! back blogging again. been cooping myself up in my room due to the wedding montage...and various issues which prolly only 1....3.....5 friends know to date.

It feels weird that without chua to yak on MSN or just spam her MSN window for fun to get scolded by her. it always happens when one good friend goes *poof* somewhere and somehow, life gets a little lost. just that i dun say it. but it doesnt mean i dun feel it.

the wedding montage is almost done after nights of sleeping at 4am. at the very least, there is a skeleton of it rather than the pathetic few pictures i was playing with, back and forth on my computer. The song choice has also been narrowed down to the last two songs. Probably Lifehouse - You and Me or Ronan Keating - When you say nothing at all.

i wonder who is gonna listen to all this gibberish i am talking to myself on the blog. am saying it out to help me get a clearer picture of what's my next move k? haha so bear with me.

.

.

.

thanks for bearing. okay. haha.

anw, recently, as some of you i have told, i had an LTC outing! yays. haha. one of my treasured groups to date. we were suppose to have our outing at 2pm..haha but we ended off starting the official meeting at 3pm! haha! thanks to...EUNICE..who was one hour late. haha. had i known, i wudnt meet them at 2:30pm cos i was suppose to have lunch on my own. tsk tsk. okies la. i think i have no right to complain since lewis waited for an hour, lynette and lincoln probably 45 mins or so. wahahaa..lucky me then.

anw, we had cafe cartel for lunch.

OUR HAPPY SIR LIONELL FAMILY

THE HEIRS

THE HEIRESS-ES

ooo..i think lynette is sooo pretty...haha! OoPs! haha. nvm la..lester oso nvr come to this blog wan. whee..lynette is sooo pretty. wahahaaha. hahaha.

alright, carrying on before i scare all of you people...

Thankfully i only had soup for lunch so i cud still have space to share some food with eunice...until the ice cream came..oh my gawd. i wun wanna spoil the surprise for you all so order the "strawberry bonanza" when you have the chance at cafe cartel. as eunice says "you will get diabetic eating it". maybe grace is game for it. haha. it states on the menu that it is for two people btw but my advise is, make sure you have at least 4 ice-cream hungry friends before you place that as an order.

We managed to catch up with each other - gossiped, talked *munch munch* gossip, teasing, gossip, gossip, joke, complain, joke, gossip, *munch munch* - had so much fun.

Next, we headed down to the minds' cafe after lunch. i think we were half hour late for the table we booked there so it was cancelled or something like that. nevertheless, the service was quite fast and our luck was quite good. so we got a table pretty quickly despite our big grp. cheers....

Played a few games till 7 plus but i suppose two of the most exciting games was the UNO Stacko and the other...i forgot the name. but its the kind that you have to exchange cards with players to get the same group of animals, eg 7 cards of Ox or 7 cards of Rye. something like that. we only managed to get pictures of the Uno Stacko not because this game was the most interesting but rather, the rest was engaging everyone all the time and too fast paced to have anyone spared to take pictures. haha. lynette was taking pictures most of the time. so thankfully she sat next to me or else my kan chiong face will probably be splashed across all the photos! haha.

sians. at least lewis and lynette are smart enough to bring cameras. i was smart enough to charge my camera batt but dumb enough to forget to bring it. ughs...

anw, here are our kan chiong faces during Uno Stacko. mostly are the boys' photos lar cos lynette and i were seating opposite them.

Eunice and Ben diving in for the blocks. Uh oh...

the game was so tensed that even onlookers stopped by to watch our game with anxiety. haha. nope that girl in yellow tee is not someone we know!

Lester...STRESS!

Ben Bumps Into His Friends (yaks yaks yaks...while Lewis thinks: aiyo...which block next? sians...)

PLEASE DUN DROP! please? please.....
Ben: drop la...hahahaaha...DROP!
Lincoln: yes...please drop or else...my turn le. *gulps*

All The Games We Played That Afternoon!

anw, we went for dinner after that w/o lester and lynette. the day was generally very fun though my night wasnt too good, as some of you all may already have known. haha shall not dwell about that but nonetheless, for those who were there for me..lewis(for sending me off)...chua(for picking up my call at 2 am..ahaha you rock =) BFF!)...grace (for coming over and telling her hooligan story) hahah. thanks a lot for being there for me when it happened. yepz.

to those who dun understand anything i am saying..sorry sorry. haha.

alrighty. see ya!

hello bloggie and everyone. its me again, finally blogging after many drowsy days and nights of little sleep. Life is hyping up again with dozen of To-Do-Lists coming up. Rushing between a tuition teacher, a soon-to-be university student, and a wedding montage maker, i found time to make a trip back school as a "pirated" school student and terrorise the school grounds with a few of my other cheeky friends - mainly cyn, xiu xiu, grace, curry, cheng and adel.

Took pictures of one of our many favourite spots in school - the staircase. should have seen the many curious stares cast at us during the taking of these photos. of course, cant blame them since i would be doing that if i was still in JC. haha

Bumped into my drama peeps, who is also carine's OGM - Nigel! of course, we just had to drag him into a couple of photo shoot with us. oh wells, its alright. he looked only too happy to be asked to be taken photo with on a normal friday morning.

Cynthia wanted to be like Zuo Sheng -IT savy. so she tried out the new IT kiosk located next to the bookshop. cool huh? haha. not bad, at least she looks quite zai. lol.

and of cos, how cud we ever enter and leave the school without saying hello to ALL the teachers we know?? i asked mr low to take a picture with us..ooo...cheng and i agree he still looks very shuai...haha...and smell super nice =) =) =)
we sorta caught gerald while talking to mr low. so all of us chat up. check out gerald's new yankee hairstyle!! lol.

after terrorizing the school, my clique went on with the schedule for the day and checked into Kbox-ing Time!! haha. uploaded some pictures and videos of our crazy moments. pictures and videos were taken in moments of chaos. so not so good quality. lol. bear with me!

Next, my clique went over to my hse to have a ALL GIRLS NIGHT sleepover! well, the event is almost accurate since there are no males in my hse, other than my daddy. No question on his sexuality since he is a father already!! haha. anw, we tot of watching ghost movies as we always do whenever we have sleepovers, but we ended up talking the night away in my room till 4am.
We had an early birthday celebration for grace, the baby for our clique. she is turning 19 le yet she still haven learn to take care of herself. -sighs- so NO candle for her on her cake! muahahaha...no la...couldnt find any candles in my hse *sheepish look*
Happy 19th Birthday Grace! Sian...i turning 19 soon oso. sian sian sian sian SIAN.

This was how we looked like at 3 in the morning. there were only a few left conscious. adeline and cynthia were the first to knock out. haha. actually cheng was gonna be gone case too. but...we gave her a head massage and she was recharged. lol.

okay den. this was abt all the adventure i had, minus the unglam moments and gross stuff done behind close doors! ahaha. Before i end off, adeline has one last msg to tell all of you.
Toodles!
